So my recipe is:
Cut the potatoes into small cubes, then place them on a baking tray, making sure they are not stacked on top of each other. Be sure to use parchment paper. Then, I season them with salt, Fuchs spices, pepper, and 2-3 generous tablespoons of olive oil. I bake them at 200 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven with both top and bottom heat. I position the tray one level above the middle. I use an electric oven. Bake for 20 minutes, then take them out, mix them, and put them back in for another 20 minutes.
They turn out perfectly crispy, just like fried ones.
