Man, the NYPD just doesn't get it. Trying to use memes to deter crime? That's just gonna make people wanna do it more for the clout. It's like they're playing right into the hands of the internet trolls and attention seekers. They need to wake up and realize that this ain't the way to go about it. This level of show and spotlight only fuels the fire, making people wanna rebel even more. It's like they're living in a different universe, completely out of touch with how things work online. SMH.
