At the same time, we released a statement denouncing the exploitation of artists for R&D —as providers of training data and as PR tools for the “overlords of AI.” We called on artists to think beyond proprietary systems and #BigTech constraints. --> https://artinthecageofdigitalreproduction.org (2/7)

Great! And thank you! Screw OpenAI. Hugging face has models I prefer anyway, but, since it’s become obvious that no authority is going to take justice for the non consensual scraping, this type of action is the only recourse available.
