That would be good for treasury building for the future.  This is fascinating to watch!  But what the wildest part is,  imagine where this has come from, and now you see scaling with multiple liquidity pools, a brand new l3 chain; and increasingly solid governance and decision making.  This is a fascinating future.

Both teams get a necessary asset and get to work. Proxy will use $DEGEN for growth and pools. The DAO will probably sit on $PROXY for awhile, letting the PA and L3 defi tooling to mature before using it.
