I was going to post this too and I'm pretty sure Elon/Vivek team will go for a plan like that, but after looking at the link (second tweet), it seems a bit different than what it's saying in the original tweet. It's disaster offset and gov't efficiency (not dept of gov't efficiency), and I couldn't find the 114b figure

So I’m assuming we’d have to know the previous number which was 114B more? Possibly?
