I want to create nice drum recordings from home which made me realize I need to get good at isolating and mic’ing drums, playing drums, and mixing drums. Oh and I need better hi-hats

Oh shit!  Super fun.  Try using blankets or towels on and in the different drums for a tame sound.  Post some audio clips if you can !!
