Persian food, I recoqmmend Byblos.. kind of $$ but worht it.  Also, one of the best haunts for Spanish food, Patria.  There's really good Japanese and thai places, Khao San Road is good, but there's Thai Bbq on the west end that is excellent.  Also, Carribean X Chinese - check out Patois.

I’m into ethnic food, music, sports. I like hole in the wall Asian spots run by a family, I like dim sum, I like kbbq, I like taco trucks and taco stands, I like curry and island food, I LOVE Persian food, I like tasting menus. Prob gonna get a hotel near the film festival festivities, def would love hotel / neighborhood recs too

I’d say we don’t have great seafood / sushi here but I’m more interested in places with a dope chef doing unique things or just epic staples who are the best at what they do
