Dexscreener has launched "Moonshot," a platform competing with Pump fun. Users can create their own tokens on Solana for 0.02 SOL. 

If a token reaches a market cap of 500 SOL (around 68k at current prices), it and its liquidity are migrated to Raydium (DEX), followed by burning 150 to 200 million tokens. 

The platform claims to offer unruggable tokens with no pre-sales or insiders.
