I Took a Photo!

I took a photo of the central city’s clocks at Lavrio city near Athens. The use of personal watches was not possible for the majority of Greeks during the period 1870-1880 due to financial difficulties. Thus, such type of clocks were widely used in order to ensure punctuality during the arrival and departure of the workers of the Greek metallurgical company of Lavrio. Now it has been classified as a historical monument.
