I am thinking starting collecting pokemon cards. Can you give me some directions which is the best way to starts. From boosters boxes or something else ?

tbh im also lowkey looking to start but where i think we have some pros here to give us some tips

I know for example that japanese boosters boxes are cheaper that english but in is value

I like Japanese cards more tbh 
but I would suggest hunting down singles and looking for local deals on offer up and FB marketplace 
I hope to see a FC marketplace one day where we can connect with locals 
but for now the ol facebook comes in handy to hunt down some treasure
