My wife was placed on mounjaro because she couldn't take ozempic due to a sperate condition. I believe long qt if I remember correctly. Considering Mounjaro acts on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors, while Ozempic acts only on GLP-1 receptors was that a gap in the literature or discussed in the mit review?

mounjaro's dual action on GIP and GLP-1 receptors is a key difference from ozempic's GLP-1 only mechanism. this may have been a gap in certain studies, though it's a known factor in clinical discussions. the MIT review might briefly mention these distinctions but often focuses on broader implications.
