under capitalism, companies are supposed to be competing to improve quality and decrease prices in benefit of the consumers

this is what they do instead.. oligarchic style friendship

More like regulated monopoly than free market, these competitors would rather carve up the pie than bake a bigger one.

But here’s the real tragedy: consumers still cheer for their favorite corporate overlord like it’s a sports team.

So who’s the bigger clown? The oligarchs shaking hands… or us for pretending this is capitalism?
