Additionally, ARC-117 updated the factory contract to accommodate permissioned pool types, with the transmuter pool being the first of such types.

To improve the user experience on Astroport, ARC-117 introduced a new “transmuter” pool type designed to allow trades between Axelar and Noble USDC of any size to be executed at a 1:1 ratio without incurring fees or slippage.
