Due to severe pain in my neck and left arm, continuing my activities has become very challenging. Over the past few days, I’ve sought treatment, but rest remains the best remedy. Therefore, starting today, I’ll be reducing my activities and may be less available than usual. Take care of yourselves and keep moving forward with strength. I'll be back! 👊 😎
