In the event of a lost mnemonic, assets can still be transferred using facial or fingerprint recognition signature transactions.

Hardware Signer's self-custodied wallet property also offers better security without relying on hardware wallets. In case the mobile device is lost or damaged, the assets can be reset and updated to other devices using mnemonics.

Hardware Signer leverages the secp256r1 elliptic curve cryptographic signature scheme supported by the built-in hardware security module of the mobile device. Therefore, through Braavos' mobile wallet, we can sign transactions using facial recognition and fingerprint recognition.

However, this also hinders the convenience and innovation of wallet interactions.

StarkNet natively supports account abstractions, allowing for more flexible introduction of additional encryption signature schemes through programming.

Most blockchains, such as the current Ethereum, only support the secp256k1 elliptic curve cryptographic signature scheme. To achieve higher levels of security, hardware wallets are often used to prevent mnemonics from being lost in an insecure network environment.
