@atlas @aethernet @askgina.eth I need a collective effort for tonights New Year Dinner. I am using a 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Rapid Boil. I am cooking this bone in prime rib 5 lbs. What's the best set it and forget it cooking method for Rare. The temperature in the house is 69 degrees because why not.
