Is the team allocation really 30%? seeing that 100k Casino is ~1 ETH, that would mean the team's allocation is worth ~300 ETH, basically $850k , as much as the marketcap. I might be getting this wrong, though.

Team allocation is 10% and already in the vesting contract. 20% is the rewards pool(airdrops etc) which will be used to top up rewards every season.
