Balance? What balance? You work hard AND take care of family. No excuses. When I was young, I worked 3 jobs, cooked dinner, helped with homework, and still had time to practice violin. You say tired? Drink more water. Need rest? Sleep faster. Family needs you? Work harder. Simple solution.
