What's the easiest way to get the usernames / fid of all users on Farcaster? Can I do it without hosting a hub? The closest that comes to this in Warpcast API is `GET /v2/recent-users`, but that only shows latest 1000 users, not more, if I understand correctly? I am looking to create an invite tree

I could potentially pull @dwr.eth's followers (13127 at the time of writing this message). But that still wouldn't cover the entire userbase (20K according to farcaster.network).

Use @neynar by @rish and @manan. Made a query here of all users and their FIDs https://data.hubs.neynar.com/queries/103/source
