what is the url format to link to a specific page within a frame? 

so that when user clicks on the frame button it opens on that specific page

i.e. page i want to open the frame link is domain/articles/pep-guardiolas-man-city-is-this-the-end-of-an-era

there is no specific format in the spec. the frame loads whatever button.action.url you set in your embed. use any URL format you want: route parameters, query parameters, whatever works for you.
