Oof.. I lived there around 2007 & it has changed so much even since then..

I call it ‘pre-Intelligentsia’ & ‘post-Intelligentsia’ bc the change was so visceral when they moved into the spot next to Cafe Stella, but I know it changed long before I lived there, & it’s changed so much since I moved in 2011.
