Ended up getting it to work (had to get on desktop & off mobile) but wasn’t eligible unfortunately.

I'm currently out of the US so I had no issue, but seeing lots of others have similar issues with VPNs.

Though a friend mentioned Mullvad working fine; may be worth trying!
