Get your flu shots if you haven’t yet kids.. flu *really* sucks this year.. 

Personally, I can’t take any cough or cold meds for it bc of conflicts w other meds I take, and so I ended up having coughing fits last night that had me literally puking bc the coughing was so much, but I did get my hands on some tamiflu (which I highly recommend) and grateful to be feeling a bit better than yesterday or last night.
