i like suno ai for music - you can also check out runway for video & krea has several video options in their platform (including a version of runway)

i really like udio for music (in particular manual mode to get some weirdo stuff) i have not used any ai video that i can train directly with video, only training for a still image model, then getting outputs i like from that and using them in some kind of img2vid - easiest one platform way to do that might be krea or neuralframes as you can create models using still images on both of those and then get motion
