Wanna create a unique 8-bit pixelated game that replicates the classic Pong but with a twist! Instead of traditional paddles, you'll have:
Doge Dog: A lovable Doge character that uses its tail to knock the ball back into play.
Chuck Norris: The legendary martial artist who will roundhouse kick the ball to send it flying back to the Doge.

just a web2 javascript game for now, w/ a scoring system that goes to 6 or 9.

not bad, but as i stated in another comment, 8 bit characters require pixelated animation
1. norris - roundhouse kick
2. doge dog - tail whip. 

also norris seems to be kicking to the right, and bouncing it off the wall and sending it to the other side, i mean its chuck norris so i know he defies physics, but game physics too? :)

haha, you are correct fixed and improved the physics part. Ball speed, bounces and other stuff. I would love to check it out.

so physics fixed, but the other component of this tasking was th 8 bit pixelated doge + chuck norris characters performing a tail whip + roundhouse kick animation. 

you still got time on the clock, otherwise physics seem good. 
Id imagine, the code can be tweaked for a player vs computer setup too?
