I came on an F1 in 2002, got a job on OPT, couldn’t get H1B because of lottery woes so went back to Pakistan in 2009 (stayed on J1 after OPT expired) Returned to the US on EB1A in 2017. That H1B quota screwed me over and I didn’t learn about EB1 till much much later.

Things that have helped me: 1. Not sleeping with phone in my room 2. Avoid writing a thread on a Friday or a weekend. Engagement sucks you in 3. Taking my daughter to a park without the phone Also, love what you’re building.

Wife, in laws and 5 year old down with Covid. And my wife just went into labor. Writing has always been therapeutic for me. Writing alone never that great. Writing in front of too many not that great either. Writing with just a few best. Peace be upon you Farcasters.
