Persian food tonight - slow cooked lamb shank (already deboned in the photo after the meat fell off the bone) and jewelled pilaf (with sultanta, cranberry and dried apricot). I just love to use different spices - cardamon, bay leafs, cinnamon stick, fennel, cumin. Hmmmm. Nice aroma and tasted yummy.
