Armand Peugeot, the founder of the French Peugeot automobile company! 
He (born March 26, 1849 - January 2, 1915) was a French entrepreneur and industrialist, who is considered one of the pioneers of the automobile industry. Arman Peugeot was the founder of Peugeot Automobile Company.

The history of the Peugeot logo dates back to 1847, making it the oldest car logo in the world. The idea of ​​a lion as a Peugeot logo was born in the mid-1800s. The lion was a favorite symbol of the Peugeot family.

As the founder of the renowned Peugeot Automobile Company, Armand Peugeot's legacy is deeply intertwined with the rich history of French engineering and manufacturing.

The Peugeot Company was founded in 1810 by Emile Peugeot to manufacture coffee mills in Sochaux, France.  In 1830, he started producing bicycles and finally, in 1842, he started producing coffee, salt and pepper mills.
