An observation now that I’m in a few DAOs and channels: compared to a startup, it’s unclear what the priorities are and how progress is being made against those priorities.

Maybe that’s not the point, but strong believer in you are what you measure.

@dwr.eth I have wanted to combine the OKR management framework within a DAO for a long while, essentially putting budgeting and management 'on rails' for DAOs so that there is an objective, numeric approach that is clearly tied to more qualitative objectives of the DAO. Maybe one day... 😅
