Yeah she can’t keep it down yet.  She ran the 2 mile and beat her best time by 12 seconds so really good but had a girl dogging her the entire time so she burnt out and barely made it across the finish line.

I was a 400m runner.  That long stuff looks hard…..

Sheesh. I was never good with the long-distance stuff 😭￼ I was shotput in discus and sometimes the 100 or the 4 x 100 if they needed a spot to fill
