Exercise's power is best shown by my dog, Markey a mini-German Shepherd from Vietnam. He used to be angry, when eating or sleeping. But after we started running at 4 AM, he changed. Now, he comes to me, lies down, and lets me hug him. He's not angry anymore.#exercise #health
