11 days without casting. Is that a lot?

I guess without precisely defining "a while", one could conceivably tune the notifications frequency to produce a constant sensation of vibrancy

Getting two such notifications in 14 days. IS THAT A LOT ?

A user just got a repeat notification for "casted for the first time in a while", 3d ago.

The thing is, it doesn't appear to be an intentional way to hack attention. More likely just a person with real life going on, checking back in as Warpcast is probably #5 or lower on their rotation of socials

I have seen so many casts saying that people like these returner notifications. I like the idea of them, but the implementation could be improved imo. 

My unsolicited constructive feedback: they should increase the time period, and live with fewer notifications. If fewer people are actually returning, rather than just normally using this social network, let that be seen clearly, and addressed directly. This feels like fake-it-til-you-make-it

I turned them off completely. Tap on the dot dot dot and select show fewer

only half-joking, I think the threshold is something they calibrate in order to get a constant stream of cheap notifications.

The notifications-that-people-are-returning will continue until people return!
