wuzzit this bad before? 1 multi-leg trip: US to Europe (incl Britain) 2 train strikes: scrambled for alt lodging 3 claims: lost baggage, damaged luggage, cancelled-flights-and-stranded-in-wrong-country (looking at you Air @canada) the memories tho. Priceless.
