For javascript/html/css, a minimal frameV2 only needs meta tags and javascript to call sdk.actions.ready(). I haven't really seen an example, because maybe they expect more complex flows to be enabled on top of a familiar web2 framework like React?

You don't need farcaster permissions to develop frames v2. The (optional) manifest allows you to sign your frame with your FID. This unlocks the ability for users to save it in their own profiles, and to send/receive notifications. But it's not necessary

is there anywhere a php/javascript/html/css/htaccess example? I'm banging my head against the wall. 

Also do I need certain farcaster permissions to develop frames v2? Or URL's approved?
