A most degentlemanly poll: Do you want /degen mods to gently and quietly hide repetitious, noisy, and vapid "like, recast, follow" casts? We have the power now. Should we use it? šŸŽ© = yes, quiet the spam ā›” = no, we like the tripe

ā›” only limit to outright scams, not spam Power corrupts. If you want a cabal, make a gated channel and control it that way. If this channel stops being a magnet for vapidity, it will spill out (even more) to the detriment of Farcaster as a whole

good feedback from someone I respect, thank you. we also have cabals, lots of 'em currently, we have no way to identify scams until they're too far gone we don't want /degen to be a magnet for vapidity if you want an unfiltered view of /degen, just use @supercast

fwiw I'm on Supercast 90% of the time when I'm not on Warpcast, including mobile. Clean UX, and no vapidity that I don't want to see. The other 10% is currently split across U3 (aka degencaster), herocast (desktop), OpenCast (currently down, for known reasons), Flink (also currently down, idk why), and Cast

That's awesome and a lead I should follow, re: client diversity. How do you choose which client to use for what purpose? Or just kinda bouncing around for now, seeing what's good?
