there is literally nothing pushing us to centralize, here on this sufficiently decentralized social platform.

except maybe laziness (a great trait in an engineer btw!)

and a lack of ambitious ideas (an awful trait in a founder).

We should have both centralized and decentralized!

Centralized helps get distribution though to start.

premature optimization imo.

dwr said they'd figured out how to help the small accounts, and the big accounts would get engagement organically. the "messy middle" remains un-ideal, and they continue to iterate.

I think using an arctan instead of a hyperbola might solve this, but idk really.

It deserves more experiments! and on more than 1k~2k users, in which there are certainly repeats and cabals already
