Viet and Indo comments also had a burst, followed by subsiding, which should show up in the data as coinciding with algo changes

I guess it's a good feature, if sb don't know a language, wouldn't show up in feed, unless they want to, or like to use translate tools and interested in people who post them. 
But shadow banning languages, isn't cool! This can mean west culture and western power user define what Warpcast should look like.
