hi Kaspa, it looks like the owner of the channel has limited the ability to cast, to members of the channel only. (Anyone can reply).

SassyHash respects channel owners, and only allows decoding of SassyHash contents to channel members. The 222 members of /bizarrebeasts should be able to decode. Anybody who is not yet a channel member should be presented with the encoded characters.

When a user becomes a channel member, they can decode all SassyHash casts going forward, as well as going back 7 days. This tries to balance distribution versus privacy expectations.
