Agree, and there's no easy answer.

thinking out loud, to generalize lessons from the sprint planning technique into strategic business decisions:
- cost-benefit becomes clearer by the act of trying
- should update, no shame
- useful to separate "make hard decisions" mode from "git er done" mode
