if you were building an artist licensing registry for nfts, fees isn’t a big deal on a L2, which chain would you pick? i’m not against base but i’d prefer some diversity and have a truly decentralized chain with no centralized sequencers. evm compatible. it needs to eventually be multi chain but that’s another 3-6 months down the line. needs to attract cracked smart contract devs, who want to build public goods and be ok getting paid what the community deems via grants. service providers like /outpaint and others will be on the board to guide requirements so it’s built with customers in mind. need a track record of shipposting. this is not an app chain, and it might not warrant one. 🔁 for visibility.

most of the l2s run their own (centralized) sequencers you’ll have to look for chains like metis but the volume will be an issue
