actively testing expiration by updating trialExpirationAt values in my db via drizzle studio. haven't had to touch a line of sql. we call this interface driven development. going to keep updating my thoughts over at https://writing.artivilla.com/everyday-tactics-on-ai-first-development.

Can’t stress enough how important it is to keep frequent atomic Git commits so you don’t max out your own context window trying to figure out what the AI changed!
