my stress & anxiety has hit an ath this week, it's bad, constant chest pain and stomach aches

i tell u this bc my entire adult life ive wanted to make money from my own projects, but no one told me it comes with a cost

i have a new found respect for solo-founders

do the basics right. go to the gym, eat well (gotta cook yourself sadly), walk 10k, sleep 8hrs.

then work on reelfarm and tell yourself ur one lucky dude!! gratitude baby.
