I created an NFT collection on WAX called GameElements. You’d open packs of game components, and blend them into various upgrades. I even set up packs of stickers that would be various clothing / items, with the ability to blend various NFTs to dress up meeples. https://neftyblocks.com/collection/gameelements

that's cool but too diffuse, not gonna ask people print it themselves, they don't. want 1-2 designs that can take orders for and ship to folks after (bc timing is tight), maybe have a couple to give away (hats/pins so no sizes)
