I always increase my gas and it usually works. I think the wallets are underestimating fees. So if it says 39.458 gwei for fast, change to 49

have done all of that ive been at this for over an hour, restarted computer...

I guess the chain is just clogged

check if you’re connected on degenchain network then hard refresh the page and reconnect wallet.

What wallet are you using? I find that rainbow has been playing up with me recently, when it does I use MM and it's usually fine. 

We need those rainbow points though 😂

Have you tried setting number to a whole number removing decimals ? And slippage to 50?
