My favorite suggestion will get 50K $DEGEN later today (and your idea will be implemented at a later date)

One idea is to tip folks who add value to the channel you’re active in/care about, adding value can be memes, share valuable contents, helping out others in the channel etc. This might encourage good casting behavior in the channel. 
You could also get content creators, artists to create for the channel and tip them.
