In short, the first pancake is lumpy and not my fault. I'll have to put the whole thing in the toilet. Heated to 70 degrees and not a drop. The coil is thin, that's the manufacturer... The steam in the tube was clearly visible. You'll have to call, send, wait for a replacement...
