My SteelSeries Arctis 5 headphone mic went to shit, and no longer covered by warranty... What's the recommended headphones these days I should get? or should I grab a standalone mic??

I personally prefer standalones as you're more in control of the quality. Not sure what your budget is, I use a Shure M7 though and love it. I've also heard good things about Blue Yeti. One thing I'd rec is a mic arm that attaches to your desk, prior to that I always ran into my desk mic when streaming 😅
