A judge has dismissed part of the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) lawsuit against cryptocurrency exchange Binance and its founder Changpeng Zhao. In particular, the court granted Binance and Zhao's request to dismiss charges related to secondary sales of BNB and the Simple Earn service. The SEC's case regarding the ICO, subsequent sales of BNB, BNB Vault, staking services, failure to register and non-compliance with anti-fraud regulations will continue. The same goes for Binance US. The US Supreme Court has made a decision that limits the powers of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The court ruled that the SEC's use of full-time judges violated the constitutional right to trial by jury.
