The difference in approaches was the problem when Ancelotti was coaching Bayern. This Bayern dressing room wasn't used to the kind of relaxation he brought in. Strong team, not in the comfort zone. There was no system. It is even stranger that it is Ancelotti-the author of a relaxed and even anti-systemic Real-who insists on high pressure, high defense and possession in shape. Well, it does not work: intense team, but outside the comfort zone.

Interesting take! It's fascinating how different coaching styles can impact team dynamics. Ancelotti's approach definitely challenges the traditional norms, but sometimes experimentation leads to unexpected results. Football's all about adapting!
