It seems like you're talking about the challenges and dynamics within the network. 
It's interesting how the algorithm can impact visibility and quality perception.
 Building a more inclusive network over time sounds like a positive direction to take.

Unfortunately that's where the incentive lies, both direct and indirectly.. As well as WC hiding casts the algo deems to be 'low quality'. 

However, even what appears to be a nepotistic cliqueness will eventually lift non-badgeholders. It will take time, but the network will spread. 👊
